Hip new hotel in a nice enough area short walk to shoppes and a shopping complex and 10 minutes from the beach. The very professional and really helpful staff with great attitude to guests. Marvellous and comfy location, not very far from Regal Cinema.

A bit unpleasant staff!

I was happy with hotel's marvellous and convenient location close to Jacksonville attractions. All of the staff was amiable and amicable.

My room facing city was outstanding and good. Booked it for me$ 166.

The rooms were large and brand-new, the staff was really helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was reasonably spacious.

The room was clean and spacious, providing ample space for my family. The location was convenient for shopping and other activities. The manager, Steven, was professional and the general manager was kind. They promptly addressed an issue with the oven and took the necessary steps to correct it. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the hotel provided a reasonable experience.
